All Art Clock orders are delivered free of charge and include 60-Day Returns & Exchanges.
Accessories: Single clock accessories are £2.50 postage. Orders of two or more accessories are delivered free of charge.
Ready to ship: In-stock clocks ordered by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, fully tracked with DPD for next-working-day delivery.
International Clock Shipping
For the regions listed below, Bramwell Brown covers all import tariffs, duties, and local taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no "doorstep" surprises or hidden customs fees.

International Accessories Shipping
Clock accessories ordered alongside an Art Clock are shipped free of charge. For standalone accessory orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Rest of the World
For all other international locations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific address (typically 5-10 Days). We do not currently offer a free shipping threshold for these regions.
Customs, Taxes & Duties: Orders for the "Rest of the World" are subject to local import fees. These are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure your clock clears customs without delay or additional doorstep payments.
Clocks at Altitude
Our Weather Clocks forecast based on changing air pressure. If you live above 180m (590ft), the naturally lower air pressure can affect the accuracy of the forecast. We can adjust the programming of your clock during assembly for its specific home. Please contact us here to discuss an altitude-adjusted build.
Personalised Clocks
Please allow 6-8 weeks for 33cm personalised clocks and 8-10 weeks for 53cm Giant personalised clocks from the date of design sign-off.
