Spring Trend 2017: We’re Green with Envy!

By Rob & Sarah

Just before Christmas, Pantone announced that ‘Greenery’ was going to be the colour of the year…

Here at Bramwell Brown we are rather fed up of reading ‘Rain’ on our Weather Clocks in the studio – so we’re dreaming of Spring sunshine and this new colour trend ‘Greenery’ is helping us to do just that.

From lime green to emerald (plus not forgetting Kale green too) the ‘Greenery’ trend is all about bringing the freshness of the outdoors, inside and reconnecting people with nature in their very own homes.

We love the idea of bringing the outside inside, in fact that’s really what our Weather Clocks do – bring a taste of the outdoors into your kitchen, hallway or wherever you decide to hang it, allowing you to connect with what’s going on in the great outdoors!

But don’t panic - you don’t need to paint all your walls green to embrace this season’s trend, instead you can use accent accessories in the form of green glassware, cushions, throws but also through the use of houseplants and flowers. A simple houseplant or low maintenance cactus creates an immediate illusion of greenery, brightening the room and our spirits too.

If we’ve whet your appetite for this new season’s colour trend, please take a look at our pinterest board for more Spring inspiration and how to bring the nature/greenery trend into your home.

We’ll leave you dreaming of sunshine and greenery…
