A Monochrome Beauty

"The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep."
Robert Frost, Poet
- Delicate artistry - Papercutting is an ancient and intricate artform and Emily Hogarth is a master of it. Her creation features a flowing river winding through five changing scenes, capturing the woodland and its inhabitants in stunning monochrome with metallic-printed sunbursts.
- Hand-numbered to just 50 clocks – Only fifty of these unique timepieces will ever be created, making each one a rare and treasured work of art, all individually numbered on the clock face by Emily herself.
-
Artful weather forecast in a clock – like our other Weather Clocks, including Emily's first design for Bramwell Brown, the Papercut Forest Clock has an internal barometer and clever mechanical scenery. As the weather shifts, so do the scenes, bringing the ebb and flow of nature into your home.
- "Story in the woodlands" – Emily Hogarth, describes her artwork development: "The monochrome colour scheme adds depth and shadow and I particularly love the "Change" weather scene, as it captures the unpredictable Scottish weather."
- Suits any room – whether you want it to blend in or stand out, we've designed your Weather Art Clock to suit a whole variety of settings, from kitchen to hallway.
- A good size – the Weather Art Clock's frame measures 33cm diameter (13 inches) and 12.5cm deep (5 inches) – big enough to work as a single focal point in a room, small enough to sit alongside other wall art and furnishings.
- “What a clock!” – not our words, but those of another happy Bramwell Brown customer. Read more reviews

Warrantied & Sustainable Design
All our clocks come with a full warranty as standard, extendable to two years. We’ve designed the clock for a very long life in your home. And it’s fully serviceable (if it ever needs to be) – with all the parts available with our UK-based workshop. -
Watch it change
Want to show off the silver print sunbeams or woodland creatures? Don’t wait for the weather to change, just press the ‘Mechanimate Button’ on the base to make it whizz into life – then watch the reaction from friends and family. -
Weather artwork
The illustrated ‘Papercut Forest’ scenes change with the air pressure. Just like the barometers of old, there are five possible weather forecasts: ‘Very Dry’, ‘Fair’, ‘Change’, ‘Rain’, and ‘Stormy’. -
Easy to hang (indoors!)
A single screw in the wall can hold the clock and you get a nifty hanging guide in the box. This clock is for indoor use only – just please don't hang it within 50cm (20 inches) of a radiator. The delicate mechanics don’t enjoy direct heat. -
Certificate of Authenticity

10/10 love my clock, which should be called the 'What's That Clock' as all my friends and family say when they first see it.

I usually send one of the children down first thing in the morning to check it! Several friends are hoping to get one having admired ours.

The clock has gone down very well and it hangs pride of place in our stairwell. It looks fabulous! The animations are really quite fun and we get quite excited when the forecast changes. Thanks again for the amazing clock.

We now have a beautiful clock that tells the time, predicts the weather, reminds us of London, and proves that some people still care about craftsmanship, and about taking the time to get things right.

We love having the clock. The children check the weather every morning and all throughout the day run into the kitchen to see how it has changed if we hear it moving. We love it!
