If you have a question or you are thinking of contacting us, then you may find the below FAQs helpful:


Stock Availability:

From 2017, all artwork except ‘Contemporary’ clocks will be built to order with a very approximate lead time of 8 weeks. If you have a specific clock model in mind, to ensure we have availability of that design, you are encouraged to put your name down on our waiting list via the website.


Waiting List length:

We anticipate serving all those who have joined our waiting list during April at the latest, however, some of our models will be back in stock and available for general order sooner than this.



Deliveries in the UK are made via a specialist 'door-to-door' courier so as to ensure safe transit. This service takes up to 2 weeks and costs £30 on top of the price of the clock. Alternatively you can collect the clock from the Bramwell Brown design studio at Oxo Tower Wharf for free. For international and non-mainland deliveries, prices vary and more information can be found on our delivery charges page.


Trade Enquiries:

If you are commercial 'bricks and mortar' retailer, cafe or distributor then we welcome any trade inquiries; thank you for your interest.


Opening hours at Oxo:

If you would like to drop into our design studio and showroom at OXO Tower Wharf, London in the New Year, we’d be delighted to welcome you and show you the clocks in the flesh! Our opening hours can vary occasionally for special dates, however, we will be keeping our hours on Google up to date.


I have a problem with my clock:

We hope that you don’t but, should you have any concerns at all over the functioning of your clock, we will be very happy to help. There are, however, a number of queries we receive more regularly which can easily be answered by referring to our Problem Solving page on the website. If you have a query that is not answered there, please email and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.


Authenticity Certificates:

If your clock did not arrive with an authenticity certificate then we would be delighted to put one in the post to you as soon as we return. Please just let us know by email if you haven’t already.
